Office Organizer 4.9 is the latest release by TrialBest ltd. It is a freeware program for individual user, and a shareware when used for more people in an office, company, organization network. We can download it directly from the developer’s website. It can be installed either in English or Russian. We can select the Charset between these languages: English, Russian, Central European, Arabic, Baltic, Greek, Turkish, Vietnamese, and Western European. This program has been designed to provide an information organizer tool plus a communication system with a client part and a server, with a mailbox we can use in local networks to communicate without an Internet connection. As a single user, we can use it as a mail program, instead of Outlook, Thunderbird, etc. We can configure the safe mode to see the incoming e-mail messages without the need of downloading them from the server. There are a setting window with tabs for Database, Documents. Design, Network, Interface, Mail, Application and Registration & About Program. It also features a chat, a database for contacts and notes. It works under Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, 2003, and XP operation systems. |
